Gone In 60 Seconds (1974)

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Gone in 60 Seconds is a 1974 American car chase film, directed by H.B. Halicki and starring Angelina Jolie and Nicolas Cage.

The film tells the story of two brothers who are forced to steal 50 cars in a day to save their family’s business from bankruptcy. The title refers to the speed at which all of the cars need to be stolen, which is about one every minute.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]You might not remember it, but the original Gone in 60 Seconds is a thriller you can’t miss. Its action and chase scenes are more real than you might think — there were few hired background actors, so bystanders and law enforcement officials outside the main cast are actual people. Yes, crowd reactions are genuine horror. Non-scripted mishaps and accidents have been kept in the film.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]More info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gone_in_60_Seconds_(1974_film)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Hot Classic Cars in the movie Duel (1971)

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Duel is a 1971 American thriller movie that was directed by Stephen Spielberg. The film tells the story of a man who is pursued across the Arizona desert by an evil truck driver who wants to kill him and destroy his family.

The film is about a man and his family who are traveling on a long road trip in their Plymouth Valiant when they are pursued by an unidentified truck driver in a black Dodge truck, who tries to run them off the road and kill them. The movie has been considered as one of the best thrillers of all time.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]A mustachioed salesman’s business trip becomes a nightmare when he is tormented by a freight truck which tries to kill him. Duel is a battle of wits set in the dry Western landscape. Steven Spielberg’s directorial debut is 70’s pulp fiction incarnate, but it never fails to pull you in. This is an action thriller which gets your blood pumping despite being fifty years old. There are no outlandish special effects — only well-captured stunt scenes. There is a realness to the acting which wasn’t commonplace in automotive filmmaking back in the day.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]More info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duel_(1971_film)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

The Fast and The Furious is a 2006 movie about a group of people that are in the business of stealing expensive cars. They steal them for profit, but their real motive is to trade them for a better life.

The movie starts with Dominic Toretto (played by Vin Diesel) and his crew being arrested by the LAPD. Dom’s sister, Mia, has been kidnapped and she will be killed if he doesn’t steal a car from an impound lot. Dominic recruits Sean Boswell (played by Paul Walker) to help him break into the lot and steal a car before the cops can stop him. When they get to the lot, they find out that it’s guarded by corrupt police officers who have been paid off by Johnny Tran (played by Rick Yune).

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]This movie is about a demonic car which drives around a Western town killing indiscriminately until it is destroyed in a pit full of dynamite. Why does it kill people? No reason, its just pissed off and generally evil. Even if you aren’t a Demolition Derby enthusiast with a penchant forr mindless gore, you’ll enjoy The Car for the exaggerated aggression, casual religious references, and the beautiful canyon views. It is haunting, but not in the way it intends to be. . [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Movie Link: https://www.amazon.com/Fast-Furious-Tokyo-Drift/dp/B000J1U0ZK
