Along the way, he picks up hitchhiker Lorna (Cleavon Little) and falls for her while they encounter an assortment of eccentric drivers on their way to the West Coast.
Vanishing Point is one of those movies that’s so good it seems like it was made just for you.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Kowalski is a Vietnam Veteran, stock car racer and ex-police officer who now delivers cars. He starts on his mission with no sleep, to get a supercharged Dodge Challenger R/T from Denver to San Francisco. He’s running on Benzedrine pills and speed, and he stops for no one. Meanwhile, a blind radio jockey is tracking his movements and egging him on to run from the cops who are on his tail. Vanishing Point features interesting characters and brilliant views of the pre-interstate midwest. It served as an inspiration for other films on this list.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Movie Link: https://www.amazon.com/Vanishing-Point-Charles-Robert-Carner/dp/B01EWF2SN0
